MariLu' apartments, are right in the center historical of Forio d'Ischia , encircled from a Mediterranean garden of approximately 2000 mq with trees of Lemons, Mandarin, Oranges, Palms, Coco's and are composed of 3 apartments recently restructured of different metrature (60/90 mq) for 2/5 persons (max.6 persons) .

All apartment have kitchen, hall/ bedroom, wedding bedroom, bath with shower and bidets and adjacent space of garden .

In the spring can be enjoyed the pleasant smell of the citruses in flower.
From the Forio’s Port (100 mt near ) hydrofoils for Naples and excursions every day for Capri, Ponza, Ventotene, Sorrento and Positano, Amalfi, Pompei, Vesuvio etc.etc..

Apartments are in Forio on the northern side of Italy where there are lots of evocative areas of naturalistic interest. Its territory is particularly for the wine industry. In Forio there are the wonderful beaches of Citara and Cava Chiaia, San Francesco and very important thermal sources in Citara and in the bay of Sorgeto, where it's possible to take a warm bath all year round. It is the only town which has preserved its entire historical centre with its tiny streets, churches, sighting towers and monuments.

Apartments are near the most beautifully seaside of Island (Citara, San Francesco, San Montano, Cava dell'Isola , Chiaia) and the most important Thermal garden (Poseidon and Negombo).

You should visit the exotic garden of villa Gancia, Villa Mortella garden of Lady Walton; the troglodyte house dug into a mass of tufo and Poseidon'garden and la Colombaia (museum of Luchino Visconti, director of famous film "il Gattopardo"). The main monuments are: the Soccorso'church (Italian stamps), Torrione ' big tower, San Vito'church.

If Ischia town is considered to be the business centre of the island, Forio is probably the cultural one. In the 1950 it was an international meeting place for show business personalities (Visconti, Pasolini, Sir William Walton, De Filippo, L.Taylor and R.Burton), writers (Morante, Moravia, Guttuso, Auden, Pablo Neruda), the jet-set (Jackelin Kennedy, AristoteleOnassis) and many others.

The wavy shoreline of Forio allows bathing not just from the beaches but also from other more secluded spots. You can easily get to Zaro or to the only Sorgeto near Panza which is the favorite place in any season for a midnight dip due to its hot water wells

"Aranceto Apartment":
1-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor, renovated in 2002, practical, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette. Shower/bidet/WC.

"Mandarino Apartement":
2-room apartment 95 m2, on the ground floor, renovated in 2002, practical, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC. Kitchenette. Great patio on the garden.

"Bolivar Apartment":

It is in the principal way of Forio d'Ischia (near 100 meter by Villa Maria Luisa ) and is a modern apartment, comfortable and nice, of about 95 mq on first floor of a historical palace, practical, comfortable, furnished with one living/dining room sloping ceilings with 1 double bed, 1 room with sloping ceiling with 3 single beds.
Kitchenette in the entrance (dish water, deep freezer) Shower/bidet/wc .Air conditionated.
