CAPTIVA CUTIE is a 3 bedroom, 2
bath luxury cottage with a new screened private swimming pool and spa. The
lush tropical landscaping offers a private setting for this cottage that has
been referred to as "cute as a button." Captiva Cutie is located on Laika
Lane, a very short walk from Captiva's classic village and a short stroll to
Captiva's white sandy beach. It is a fully detached private home with 2
queen size beds, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. Recently remodeled and
decorated in a fun tropical theme it has Mexican tile and wall to wall
carpeting. We kept the charm of this special villa with our updates. (sleeps
2-8)
The Captiva Cutie is a charming, deluxe cottage style vacation home in
immaculate condition just steps from Captiva's lovely white sand beach.
Captiva Cutie has been referred to as "cute as a button."
It is surrounded by whispering pines, palm trees and lush tropical foliage
on quiet Laika Lane in Captiva's desirable village area.
Spend lazy days lounging by the heated swimming pool or Jacuzzi, take a
stroll to many of Captiva's fine island shops, irresistible restaurants, or
famous white sandy beaches!
Captiva Cutie was renovated, remodeled and decorated in Fall 2002 including
a new private screened heated pool with spa. During the renovation, the
cottage's charm was preserved to insure you have a "Captiva Vacation in
Paradise!"
The location is in the desirable Captiva Village area. It is an easy walk to
anything you need including great restaurants, convenient shops, and
vacation activities. Some of the local restaurants have daily entertainment.
Captiva Cutie is tastefully decorated in fun tropical colors offset by
Mexican ceramic tile and wall to wall carpeting (in the bedrooms).
The screened lanai opens from the living room and is connected to the pool.
It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking
in the colorful and lush tropical plants that surround the property...or to
relax after a refreshing swim.
The convenience of the one floor construction makes it a great family
vacation home.
Bedding consists of two queen size beds, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa.
