No expense was spared and this beautifully decorated, ocean front property will leave a lasting impression This 8 bedroom villa is spread out over 6 levels. It has all the amenities including a full kitchen, fully equipped with a chef and staff to make your stay one you will NEVER forget.

This building sits on the edge of the cliff and most rooms face the ocean. As you look out your balcony you will look down onto the ocean. All 8 bedrooms have king size beds, there are 8 1/2 baths with a game room containing a pool table, poker table, refrigerator and a terrace with a great view. Please be advised that the Macarena has quite a few steps (as most places in Puerto Vallarta) and may not be suitable for seniors, those with physical disabilities and small children.

Located on the Southern outskirts of the town, near the El Camino Real Hotel, this villa will accommodate your every need. This condominium is located just two and a half kilometers south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the heart of the Conchas Chinas area. It is ideal for large groups, parties, corporate functions, sporting teams, etc. Our staff will pick you up and return you to the airport providing the touch of elegance you deserve. With over 12,000 square feet, the
Macarena has six beautifully decorated levels, with spectacular ocean views,
huge sun terraces, a private pool and full staff. The villa has 8 bedrooms, all with king beds and ensuite baths.

Policies:
Upon receipt of your 50% deposit we will send you a full confirmation along with the Check In Form for the Macarena. This form will ask for your complete flight information, how many will be coming in on the primary flight, the nights you will be staying and a menu of food / beverage items for you to complete and email back to us. This will be important so the owners can send a driver to pick you up.

There is no deposit required other than a $300 food stocking charge which is applied to your initial consumption of food 7 beverages. This must be paid in advance so the items you
select from the Check In Form can be purchased and waiting for your arrival. After the $300 is consumed, then you will pay as you go with the Chef. The Chef or Houseman will go to the store, purchase whatever you have asked for, bring you back the receipt and change and prepare and serve the meals. The staff consists of 1 or 2 maids, a houseman and a Chef.

Tiping is acceptable for the staff upon departure. You will find that they will work very hard for you to make your stay a memorable one. Transportation is included to and from the airport for the primary arriving party. If others are arriving at different time we will give you directions to give to them so they can instruct the taxi drivers where to take them. The Chef is there for 3 meals a day Monday - Friday. The staff works 6 1/2 days a week (1/2 day on Saturday and off on Sundays). They will wait on you hand & foot. They will bring your drinks to the pool, serve your food where ever you want and basically do whatever you request them to do. They are there to serve you No charge for extra day beds. Taxes are 17% extra
