Beautiful Villa Mayara is a luxurious 8 bedroom home with a child's bedroom. The property is 50 acres with 1000 feet of oceanfront, and is only 55 miles south of Cancun, 15 minutes from 2 ruins, 15 minutes from 2 golf courses. THE MAIN HOUSE -- 3 suites with terrace, double bathroom (one with Jacuzzi) w/closet and 2 bedrooms, all with a/c, also includes living room, dining room seating 12 (and additional tables connected to the main table so that we can seat 25), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. THE GUEST HOUSE - 4 master suites with
two levels, all suites have a/c, plus living room/dining room area, and kitchen.

THE PALAPA-BAR -- Dining, living, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a boy's bedroom with 2 litters, a/c, and swimming pool area. STAFF HEADQUARTERS HOUSE -- separate STAFF SERVICE - 7, with a cook (haute cuisine) for 8 guests, staff of 12 for 12 guests

This villa was designed to appeal to those who value healthy outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking and jogging, but who also desire the comfort and enjoyment of beautiful surroundings, or you can just relax around the pool with a good book.



ABOUT THE AREA -- 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen, one of the most fashionable spots, or Playacar (golf club 18 hole). As you walk the circular path through the jungle and past the cenote you will catch a glimpse of several colorful birds. You can also find there "Fishing Center" with fishing charters, snorkeling trips, pleasure trips, yachts...

XCARET -- Only 10 minutes north, you can swim in the river with dolphins, see a "charreria" -Mexico's horse show, explore the butterfly pavilion or the botanical gardens. "Xcaret At Night" is a sound and light show depicting Maya rituals and traditions.

TULUM -- At 20 minutes, an amazing archaeological site on Mexico's Caribbean coast, built on top of the cliffs, it used to be the Maya's main port.

COBA -- At Coba you can climb the highest pyramid in the Yucatan. The walk through the jungle to this site is beautiful with chances to see jungle wildlife.

CHICHEN ITZA -- You will need to leave very early if you do not plan to spend the night there. Consider spending the night at the Hacienda or Mayaland Hotel in order to see the sound and light show at the ruins at night.

COZUMEL - Only a 15-minute drive to Playa del Carmen's oceanfront, and then a 30 minute boat ride to Cozumel, this is one of the best snorkeling and scuba diving areas in all of Mexico.

High season $8000 daily Low season $6000 daily Xmas $10,000 daily plus 5% service no taxes up to 20 persons may be accommodated for an extra cost and only if they are children.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. On all rentals there is a 5% service fee, staff tips are extra. Food and liquor will be given to the client at cost.
 
Round trip transfers to and from the airport in Cancun, which is 70 minutes away, is included.

Policies:

Two-week minimum stay at Christmas, 5 night minimium year-round All overseas telephone calls will be deducted from the guest's damage deposit.

50% deposit is required to "guarantee" your reservation. Final payment is due two months and one week in advance of arrival. There is a $5,000 refundable damage deposit, which will be refunded within three weeks of your departure, as long as nothing was broken or damaged. All Christmas reservations are different from high season reservations. Christmas reservations are non-cancelable, non-refundable.

High season reservations are cancelable up to two months and one week in advance of arrival, with a 20% cancellation penalty. After the two month and one week in advance of arrival point, high season reservations are
non-refundable, non cancelable. Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased through Travelguard Insurance at 1-800-826-1300.

Call concerning rentals within 6 weeks of arrival for lower prices. There are two Surburbans at the villa that can be rented with a chauffeur for $125 per day, and the driver is included.

The client must pay the gas costs. The vehicles cannot be driven by the client, they must be driven by the chauffeur.
