We offer several units in Fishermans Village. Each one is privately owned
and varies a little so please ask about which unit is available. Fisherman's
Village in the gated community of Playacar just a 10 minute walk from the
Ferry dock in Playa
Del Carmen which has several ferries each day to and from Cozumel. You are
so close to the ocean in this condo that if you stand on the balcony, you
can throw a rock into the sea.
If you like the history and romance of the Yucatan, you will love staying in
Playacar. Playacar is home to many ancient Mayan ruins that are highlighted
at night and just steps from the condo for you to view.
Playa Del Carmen is located just 30 minutes South of Cancun and offers many
of the same powdery white sand and turquoise waters, great restaurants and
shopping without the towering hotels and crowds of tourists. This complex
features
a large fresh water pool, children's pool, swim-up bar, Air conditioned gym,
restaurant and room service. Playacar's spectacular 18 hole golf course and
tennis courts are approximately 10 minutes walk from the condo.
Nearby Attractions include Cancun (30 min.), Cozumel (30 min. by Ferry),
Tulum Mayan Ruins (25 min.) Puerto Aventuras (10 min.) and Akumal (15 min.)
Available Options: Babysitting Bicycles, kayaks, sailboats, sailboard, and
rafts. Snorkeling
and Scuba diving is very close by as well as Horseback riding on the beach.
We love the freshwater pool and Childs pool here, there are plenty of lounge
chairs and towels, pool bar, a restaurant that serves three meals a day, on
site deli, gift shop, newsstand a Gym, message services and guest relations.
