The Palm Palace is an awesome vacation destination! It is located in Emerald Shores, a gated community of Caribbean-style homes with all the comforts of home but so much more! The house is right across the street from the pool (which is heated when necessary!). The house is only about a two-minute walk to the beach and most of the time you have the option of taking the "beach trolley".

The house itself is beautiful and functional with three bedrooms, three full baths plus a private third floor loft living/sleeping area - perfect for older children and teenagers. The house has 2,176 square feet (compare that to most condos!), and in addition there are covered outside decks on all three floors! Put your feet up, sip a glass of wine on a deck of your choice read a good book or simply enjoy the surroundings.

The neighborhood with its many cul-de-sacs also provides the perfect place for families with children to swim in the pool, roller skate, ride bikes and play outdoors. All that and the beach within a short walk!

It is a house, not a condo, and is located in a gated community of cul-de-sacs with 90 other resort homes in a Caribbean motif. The house is just about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and there is trolley service much of the time for those who prefer that. The house is much more spacious than a condo and you have access to outdoor spaces and activities that you would not have in a condo - but the prices are comparable!
