Description:
Bon Air is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home located high on the dune
ridge overlooking the ocean in Bald Head's newest Oceanside community of
Killegray Ridge. Extra privacy provided by the Guest Cottage.
First Floor: Master Bedroom with
Queen-sized bed, private full bath with whirlpool tub and Great Room with
comfortable seating and dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen with counter and
3 bar stools, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, trash compactor,
toaster, blender, coffeemaker, can opener, pots and pans, glassware,
flatware and dishes. Pantry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Second Floor: Bedroom #2 with 2 double beds and bath. This room opens up on
the living room below. .
Guest Cottage: Bedroom #3 and #4 located in two-story guest cottage, each
bedroom very private with separate entrance and private bath and TV. There
are awesome views of the front porch of the second floor bedroom.
Outside: Wrap-around screened porch with various chairs and tables for
outside dining Large back deck connecting the cottages, with table and
chairs, electric grill Outside shower.
Linens are provided (except beach towels).
Starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper and bath soap are provided.
