Our 4 bedroom Waterfront Luxury home was built in February 2003 and provides a Golfing and Fishing Paradise. Direct Gulf of Mexico access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, water views and great fishing from this beautifully appointed two story home. Located in Gulf Landings Waterfront Community. All residents of Gulf Landings delight in the private resort-style amenities offered; clubhouse with heated pool, sauna, spa and tennis courts. This large home 4,000 square feet (2,400) of luxurious living space.

Downstairs includes a spacious recreation room with table tennis, air hockey and basketball. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has four poster bed and balcony overlooking the full size heated pool complete with all patio furniture and BBQ grill. Perfect for morning coffee. Bedroom Two has queen bed and bedrooms Three and Four each have two twin beds. Large kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook provide great views of the Inter coastal waterway. Home is complete with washer/dryer entertainment center with TV/VCR/videos and games, baby stroller. The private beach is less than 2 miles away and is included with your stay. Sun worshippers can enjoy the white sand and the tranquil waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

All furnishings are luxurious and brand new. Whether you want to stay indoors and watch cable TV/video or listen to some music on the stereo system, or lounge around by the pool, the house is the ideal base for your vacation.

All rooms are fully air conditioned, offering comfort while you relax on the coast. Poolside you will find all of the sunbathing furniture that you need, and an additional dining area for that great outdoor eating. We do of course, provide a gas barbecue too.

Don't forget, ALL of our guests receive a complimentary pass to our lovely private beach. Ideal for barbecues, sunsets or water sports.

Lots of room to Play and Relax
The private beach offers Cabanas, BBQ Grills, several picnic shelters and plenty of white sand and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for sun worshippers during the day and for those Romantic Florida Sunsets.

The 4 BR Villa is available for rent at USD$1250 per week peek USD$950 non-peek.

There are some conditions of booking that you should note;

All confirmed bookings should include a balance of 20% of the total rental charge.

All rental charges need to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida (for late bookings, payment can be collected in Florida if required).

A security deposit of USD$200 is required with the final payment for keys, inventory, etc.
All breakages must be reported to our management agents in Florida, or to ourselves on your return home.

Weekly lets are generally Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am the following week. There are exceptions to this, if availability allows.

All deposits are returned approx. 4 weeks after your return home.

Once you have paid your rental charge, everything else is included, except pool heat if required. There are no hidden extras for utilities, cleaning, gas, etc.

A private beach pass is included in your rental charge.
