Vacation Rental Description:
Rear Cottage - Cozy, private "shore" cottage, sleeps 6,
located behind main house.
1 block to Ocean or Bay. Walk to Boardwalk & restaurants. Owners on property
during all rentals.
This quaint and
spacious cottage located behind the main house offers a garden view thru the
"Florida" room which has
windows on three side, comfortable seating and viewing for the Satellite TV
& VCR, or simply reading &
relaxing.
The Florida room opens into the dining room with a round wooden table, AC
and ceiling fan.
The downstairs bed room offers a full size bed, 2 windows, dresser, full
length mirror, wall light, and open
closet with top shelf.
The kitchen has full size appliances, ceiling fan, microwave, toaster,
coffee maker, dish & glassware &
sliver for 6, wine glasses, general pots & pans and cooking utensils.
Upstairs the loft is a spacious room accommodating 4 twins size beds, 2 on
each side of the room. Bed
stands with table lamps separate the beds. There is a 5 drawer chest, a
triple dresser with mirror, and a
double closet in the room. This room has it\'s own AC.
The private backyard has several tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounges, gas
grill, outdoor shower and garden
seating.
Seaside Park is on a barrier island 4 to 6 blocks wide. It offers a
Boardwalk 5 mile long with 1 mile of
amusement ride, wheels of chance, 2-Carousels, restaurants serving pizza to
fresh seafood, bars, clubs
and salt water taffy being made in front of your eyes.
Island Beach State Park graces the southern tip of the island offering 9
miles of natural habitat, beaches,
surfing, cycling and walking tours of the areas natural history.
Truly a vacation paradise. Do everything or nothing !
