Description:
If you enjoy the famous Captiva
beach on the Gulf of Mexico, it's less than a 2-minute walk as we're only
five houses from the beach path. Captiva's charming "olde Florida" village
and its many wonderful Island style restaurants is only a 3-minute walk.
The Margarita Villa is a ground level, Captiva
Island house with the definite flavor of "Margaritaville", and the beach is
just a short, 2-minute walk on our quiet lane. It's decorated in a style
Jimmy Buffet would enjoy, but all the comforts are there, including 3
bedrooms plus den, 3 new tiled baths, new kitchen, all new furniture and
appliances to entertain a family with children or 2-3 couples. But the real
tiki umbrella on the new pool deck is the image you'll remember. Sleeps up
to 8.
Captiva is a beautiful 50 minute drive from Ft Myers International Airport (RSW).
A car is optional to enjoy the wonderful beach, shops and dining on the
Island. Virtually all activities are within walking distance. |
