Let Beachside Villas be your home away from home. Built in 2001, it is
immaculate, modern and superbly appointed. This 1135 square foot
two-bedroom, two-bath condo will comfortably sleep up to six people. In
addition, the balcony provides not just an excellent view of the beach, but
a pleasant place to take a meal or snack, to play a game of cards or
backgammon, or enjoy a quiet romantic sunset and a glass of wine.
The real allure of Beachside Villas is its proximity to the ocean. Just a
few steps and you’re there, amid the sea oats and palm trees, poised to
enjoy the calming and restorative qualities of the surf and sand.
If you are so inclined, at Beachside Villas going out is just as easy as
staying in. Whether by foot or by car, many places to eat, play or relax are
easily accessible. And if it’s good food or you want, you won’t be
disappointed.
BEACHSIDE VILLAS…just steps from door to shore…striking views of the beach
from your living room…spectacular sunsets. Days on the beach or at the pool,

• Beachside Villas is a non-smoking accommodation.
• Sorry, but we do not accept pets
• In-season cancellation policy (December 15 through April 15) requires
cancellation 30 days prior to check-in to assure full refund. With
cancellation less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited unless room is
re-rented for the full time period.
• All other dates require between 7 and 30 days cancellation prior to
check-in, depending on reservation date. You will be given the current
cancellation policy upon your reservation confirmation.
