A large deck overlooks the yard and beyond to Buzzards Bay.  Great for entertaining and watching the sunsets.  A smaller deck is also available for grilling and a little shade.  The floor plan is generous with a large livingroom open to the dining area with sliders accessing the deck.  The eat in kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking as well as seating for 4.

Walking distance to the Chapaquoit beach and the Chapaquoit Grill for dining and cocktails.  

Set in an upscale neighborhood on a half acre-away from the crowds and traffic but convenient to downtown Falmouth, the beaches, shops and many activities related to Falmouth, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.  The town of Falmouth has 11 beaches and runs ferries to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
